I wish the current "Pickup No." will also be shown instead of only showing my own "Pickup No.", so that i can estimate when i can get moving from my home to the nearby Zus branch to pick up my order. Anything else no complaints really, straightfoward and easy to navigate UI.

Currently I'm experiencing phone glitching while open the Zus app ONLY. Don't know if there's any bugs on the app. I'm facing difficulties to order thru the app as it keeps glitching and it's hardly to see. I'm even uninstalled and installed back again the app but still facing this kind of problem. Is anyone zussie facing the problem same like me out there?Please fix it. Thank you for your help.

I have order use this app and they cancelled the order because don't get the rider. I pay use my own bank account. They refund the money into zus wallet. And there is no option for transfer or withdraw the money from the zus account.Such a bad way to make people order use the app.Very poor customer service can't chat with them at all.......Totally such a worst app ever seen.
